Luxe Architects is looking to expand its team with a highly motivated candidate to function as a Business Development Representative. We are looking to establish new clients and projects for our architecture company.
This is a remote, commissioned based, independent contractor position that allows you to earn as much money as you want. You can work conveniently from the comfort of your home or out on the go. The more projects you bring in, the more you make. This position requires a commitment of at least 3-5 hours a day to perform a variety of duties related to marketing, sales, and client services.
- Networking and marketing visits with potential clients. Phone and in-person consultations with prospective clients
- Participation in community events, networking groups, etc.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Luxe Architects
- Developing new referral sources
- Excellent written & verbal communication skill
- Professional demeanor, including excellent phone etiquette and demeanor
- Ability to interact with wide variety of people
- Knowledge of design, architecture, websites, SEO preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
- High energy and positive attitude
- Able to participate in business generating strategies
- Relationship builder who enjoys working with people
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to travel locally to sell, service and develop business with clients & prospects in Kansas & Missouri
